Website & ILS Error Reporting Procedures
To ensure accurate and up-to-date information is presented to prospective residents, any issues found on property websites or across Internet Listing Services (ILS) must be reported and resolved promptly.
Common Website & ILS Issues Examples of errors include but are not limited to:

Incorrect or stale availability

Outdated pricing or promotions

Promotions not displaying

Server downtime or site accessibility issues
Reporting Procedure If any of these or other errors are identified:

Take a Screenshot (If Available)

Capture a clear screenshot that illustrates the issue.

Submit a Zendesk Ticket to the Marketing Center

Include the following details in the ticket:

A description of the issue
-
The affected platform (e.g., website, Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)

What the error is impacting (e.g., stale availability, missing promotion, incorrect pricing)

The screenshot as a file attachment

Priority & Resolution
-
These types of issues are considered high priority.

A member of the marketing team will follow up and address the issue as quickly as possible.
