Marketing Requests
All general marketing requests should be submitted via Zendesk to the Marketing Center. Requests fall under the following categories and should follow the respective guidelines:
1. Content Creation
Includes:

Write-ups

One-off ads or promotions
Process:

Clearly outline the need (e.g., social post, ad copy)

Include any deadlines or relevant details

Submit via Zendesk ticket to the Marketing Center
2. Branded Materials
Includes:

Items such as pens, keychains, tablecloths, etc.
Process:

Confirm with supervisor before requesting

Ensure the request is within the approved budget

Submit ticket outlining specific item(s), quantity, and delivery needs

Allow sufficient lead time for production and shipping
3. Special Event Signage & One-Off Marketing Materials
Includes:

Yard signs
-
Local marketing initiatives
-
Sponsorship materials
-
Hiring signage
Process:

Confirm with supervisor before requesting

Ensure the request is within the approved budget

Include event details, location, and type of signage required

Attach any brand guidelines, messaging themes, or specs (if applicable)

Submit via Zendesk at least two weeks in advance when possible
